Emergency bag

A 72-hour emergency bag keeps essential equipment together. Compare ready-made sets and individual accessories, taking account of capacity, carrying weight and intended use.

Read the contents list for the specific product before choosing. Bags differ in their accessories, first-aid kit contents and cooking equipment. “Full set” refers to that product’s listed contents; check what else you need to add for yourself and your family.

Try carrying the bag with its planned contents, check the lights and read the equipment instructions. Review supplies and expiry dates regularly. A preparedness plan and personal items are as important as the equipment itself.
