The Raven1, specifically designed for women, and its integrated 3-liter Hydraulics™ ensure you can carry all the supplies and fluids you need to perform at your best. Stay hydrated on the toughest rides with easy access to the reservoir using the asymmetric zipper for quick refills. The reservoir also features a unique hydrostatic plate that maintains an anatomical shape while maintaining high water pressure for a consistent water delivery. They also solved the “wandering hose” problem with competitor designs by placing a magnet in the pack’s chest strap and bite valve. This keeps the delivery system neatly in place when it’s not needed; yet snappy and easy to play with when it is.
Going on a long, hot ride? No sweat! The AirScape™ ventilated foam back panel and straps keep the wind out, offering flexibility for unrestricted movement. The BioStretch™ hip belt and harness provide more ventilation than ever before.
The unique LidLock™ attachment provides a quick and secure attachment point for your helmet, so it stays secure and scratch-free without taking up space in your bag. All your gear is easily organized and portable in its own quick-access compartments.
The base of the pack features our quick-access ToolWrap™, which keeps all your bike tools in one place. dabai.lv store provides delivery throughout Latvia and the Baltic States.

If you choose to pick up the product at one of our retail locations, you will receive a confirmation SMS to the provided phone number that your order is available for pickup at your chosen location. The order can only be picked up after receiving the confirmation SMS.
After placing the order, we will contact you to clarify the delivery time and address.
How much does delivery cost?
When placing an order on our website, you will have the option to choose:
- Pick up the product at our store (in Tukums, Brīvības laukums 4) - FREE
- Delivery to UNISEND parcel machine in Latvia - 2.90 € or FREE for orders over 50.00€
- Delivery to OMNIVA parcel machine in Latvia - 3.90 €
- Courier delivery in Latvia - 7.90 €

If I don't like the product, can I return it?
- You can cancel your order at any stage, including within 14 days after receiving the product - as stipulated by the regulations governing distance selling.
- If, upon inspecting the received product in the presence of the courier, you find that it does not satisfy you for some reason, the courier will prepare a report and the product in its original packaging along with accompanying documents will be sent back. (To avoid such misunderstandings, we encourage you to carefully study the detailed description of each model in advance.)
- If, despite the detailed description and inspection of the product, it does not satisfy you, you can return it within 14 days. We expect that in this case you will only try on the product, check its functionality, and return it as you received it, including packaging and protective films. If the value of the product has decreased due to your actions, we reserve the right to deduct this value reduction from the refundable amount.
- We ensure that the product is shipped from the store in impeccable quality. However, if you find any technical defect or imperfection in the purchased product within 14 days (Warranty Terms), after coordinating with us (write an email, and we will send you detailed instructions), you can send it back to the store. In this case, you have the right to request a product exchange or a refund. If the defect does not meet the warranty conditions, after its rectification you will receive the product with a payment due that corresponds to the cost of the repair and shipping expenses.

REFUND:
- If for any of the reasons mentioned above you need to receive back the money paid for the product, it will be transferred to the account from which it was credited. If you want to receive the money in a different account, this must be specified separately.
- In the aforementioned cases of product returns, a product inspection is carried out, for which we reserve 5 working days. If the product has been returned in the same condition as it was sent, dabai.lv will refund the money within 2-5 working days.
